We are undertaking major projects that will transform our business in areas such as application modernisation, data analytics, mobility, and cloud.The Digital Applications team delivers and supports portals, integrations, custom applications, and digital solutions. We utilize the latest technology to develop digital services that enhance user experience and aim to make ASIC a 'best in class' regulator supporting the Australian financial markets.The roleAs a Technical Lead in BAU operations, you will be accountable for:Leading a BAU scrum team to maintain and enhance OneASIC digital applications and services.Overseeing operational activities such as health checks, incident and problem resolution, release, and change management.Acting as the point of contact for platform support and enhancements, leading continuous improvements to applications, environments, and processes.Hands-on development, unit-testing, and deployment of key applications.Providing systems analysis, technical recommendations, and input on business requirements and solution/UX designs.Ensuring adherence to development, coding, privacy, and security standards.Creating and maintaining technical documentation, development best practices, and guidelines.Collaborating across IT teams and with stakeholders to meet desired outcomes within set timeframes.Offering advice, coaching, and knowledge transfer to junior staff as needed.About YouA tertiary qualification in IT, engineering or other relevant degree is desirable.5+ years of commercial experience working with Microsoft .NET stack, such as C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Web APIs.2+ years of experience in supporting enterprise applications within a corporate environment.Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring and team management.Working knowledge of the Agile methodology and agile development.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to clearly communicate technical details to business.Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes.View the position description for more information or click ‘apply' to start your application.
