Due to growth, they are looking to add to their high performing marketing team in the form of a Graphic Designer / Designer to assist in the growth of the business.The RoleThe Graphic Designer / Designer is responsible for the design and production of marketing collateral for the business. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Sydney with 4 days a week in the office. Ideally, the successful candidate will come from a financial services background and have experience operating across a regulated space, with exposure to the financial services landscape, operating within strict brand guidelines.Key AccountabilitiesLead the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, fact sheets, investment reports, and client communications.Develop visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.Lead the creation of infographics, charts, and data visualisations for financial content.Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials and touchpoints, ensuring adherence to the firm's brand guidelines.Video production tasks such as editing, graphic overlays, and animation using video editors such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.To be successful you will haveStrong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.Experience within financial services or a highly regulated environment working within strict brand guidelines is essential.Experience working across design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Ability to use video editing software platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects or similar.Why Apply?Great opportunity to join a reputable and growing business.Play a key role for the business.Strong culture.Your next stepsIf you want to work for a recognised global brand with strong cultural values and the ability to grow your career, this will be the opportunity for you.
