The Purpose As a Warehouse Administration and Customer Service Representative at TNS Logistics, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, juggling various responsibilities from data entry to customer communications, while ensuring our warehouse and customer service standards are upheld. This is an opportunity to support our team in providing a seamless logistics experience for our clients. The Role Uphold TNS Logistics’ commitment to quality, compliance, and safety in all tasks. Manage inventory control, coordinate stock bookings, and oversee inbound/outbound freight processing. Accurately enter and update data in company systems, including order and invoice records. Generate and circulate operational reports and support budget tracking. Manage customer communications, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates on shipments and orders. Process freight bookings, reconcile deliveries, and support general accounting duties. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Learn and utilize our software systems, such as CartonCloud and MYOB. Assist with additional administrative duties and support ongoing process improvements. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in customer service, warehouse administration, or logistics. Experience using warehouse management software Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
