The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Participant Engagement Coordinator to join our passionate team. In this critical role, you will coordinate end-to-end NDIS functions, ensuring participants receive seamless onboarding and plan management support.
You'll also administer and oversee service agreements, SDA/SIL tenancy agreements, and financial administration, contributing to the delivery of quality services that meet NDIS compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate participant onboarding and establish NDIS service agreements.
* Manage service agreements in our client management system (COSMO) and address participant billing queries.
* Administer accounts payable/receivable, funding reconciliations, and financial reporting for NDIS services.
* Oversee ConnectGV's SDA and SIL tenancy agreements, including invoicing for rent and board.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Framework.
* Maintain accurate participant records and prepare internal and external reports.
* Respond to operational issues, proactively driving process improvements.
About You
You are a motivated professional with a strong understanding of NDIS legislation, operations, and processes. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities make you a valuable team player.

Key Selection Criteria
* Knowledge of NDIS legislation, processes, and PRODA (NDIS portal).
* Experience in accounts payable/receivable, financial reconciliations, and CRM systems.
* Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fluctuating work volumes.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Commitment to ConnectGV's values and safeguarding practices.
* A qualification in Community Services, Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
