Job Description As a Customer Service Assistant with English, you will respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization's service standards, solve simple customer problems and analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments. Your responsibilities: First point of contact for Customers (via mail and phone)Order entry, managing and monitoring all orders for customersProviding high level of customer service, with daily follow ups and clear communication with customersCommunication and coordination between sales reps, customers, supply and factory, pricingTaking responsibility for invoice processing, amending invoices, issuing credit and debit notes, handling non-technical complaintsMonitor delivery process, coordinate deliveries with warehouse and transport companyMonitor stock situation- cooperation with supply and factory Our requirements: Fluent English is a mustKnowledge of MS Office, SAP system would be an advantageAvailability to work from Monday to Friday on 2 shiftsPrevious customer service experience will be considered an assetOrganizational, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in international environment across culturesQuick learner with competence to resolve queries
