About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong customer relationships with local rural producers to drive sales for a broad range of agricultural products and merchandise.
* Provide leadership to branch employees while driving branch performance and achieving financial targets.
* Mentor the sales team to deliver professional, efficient, and quality service to clients both in-store and on-farm.
* Oversight of supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products in line with inventory KPIs.
About You
A comprehensive understanding of the products and services required for the Beef Cattle industry is essential. A merchandise sales background is preferred but not necessary.
As a self-motivated individual, you will be driven to implement improvements in all areas of store operations and demonstrate success in developing long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders.
A Bachelor of Ag Science is ideal, and a full driver's license is required.
