The successful candidate will work onsite at the office in Fitzroy, Vic 3065. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Accounts payable and accounts receivable Supporting the Office Manager with payroll processing and maintaining accurate accounting records Managing office operations, including ordering supplies and stationary, maintaining the kitchen duty roster Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence Assisting with the coordination of company events and team-building activities The ideal candidate will have Finance experience including accounts payable and accounts receivable is preferred Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines Availability to work in the office - flexible hours are offered, can either work 2 days per week or reduced hours over 3 days What's in it for you?
