About the Opportunity:
As part of the Bishop Street Administration team, you will be providing effective, accurate and timely administration and customer service support to the Operations teams to ensure business processes are maintained across the key areas of incoming customer enquiries, internal team support, the Stores warehouse and cemetery matters.
Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to: Reporting to the Coordinator Operations Services, you will deliver a range of administrative and customer service support including:
Daily, weekly and monthly administration processes within time limitations.Respond to cemetery queries and process memorial installation permits, interments, exhumations and end of month invoicing.Customer service in the Stores Warehouse including data entry, purchasing, goods receiving and receipting and monitoring of stock holdings.General office duties including answering telephone calls, meeting agenda's and taking minutes, preparation of letters, monitoring of task lists and other tasks within the scope of the position.
