About the Role:

As the Account Manager for the Gosford area, you’ll be the driving force behind a strong, established portfolio of clients that includes volume housing developers, high-rise construction, and industrial projects. With a supportive Sales Manager by your side, you’ll be guided through the territory, setting you up for success in this dynamic and fast-paced market.
You’ll balance your focus between nurturing established client relationships and pursuing new business, with an even split between account management and business development. This mix will allow you to both maintain the already strong market presence and capture new opportunities, as you assess project needs and deliver tailored solutions. With the full support of the technical and operations teams, you’ll have the resources you need to exceed client expectations and drive high-impact results. In a region where demand for building materials is consistently strong, you’ll play a critical role in meeting project deadlines, ensuring quality service, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.
About You:
You’re an experienced Account Manager or Business Development Manager with a proven track record of managing and expanding portfolios in industries such as building materials, construction, or related sectors. You have experience working on civil infrastructure, commercial or industrial projects and are skilled at managing both internal and external stakeholders. With strong leadership qualities, you approach tasks with a commercial mindset, balancing client needs with profitability. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to make a lasting impact in the Gosford region and directly drive business growth. You’re comfortable working autonomously, have a talent for developing quality client relationships, and thrive in a field-based role that demands both strategic insight and practical action. With the freedom to make your mark locally, you’ll help drive growth across the Central Coast and southern Lake Macquarie areas.
