OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN LEADING ALUMINIUM SCAFFOLDING COMPANY IN MELBOURNE Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of scaffolders on-site to ensure timely and safe installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.Coordinate daily tasks and activities, ensuring that scaffolding is installed according to project requirements and safety standards.Conduct safety checks and risk assessments to ensure a safe work environment for all workers.Communicate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.Train and mentor junior scaffolders, ensuring they follow company standards and safety procedures.Oversee the maintenance and inspection of scaffolding equipment.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.Requirements:Proven experience as a Leading Hand Scaffolder or in a similar supervisory role.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide others.Advanced understanding of scaffolding systems, techniques, and safety regulations.Valid scaffolding qualification and relevant tickets (e.g., High-Risk Work License, Basic/Intermediate/Advanced Scaffolding ticket).Current White Card or equivalent construction safety certification.Strong communication and organisational skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
