On behalf of Reformed Fencing, a leading provider of fencing solutions dedicated to enhancing the aesthetics and security of residential and commercial properties throughout the Sydney area, we are excited to invite applications for an experienced and skilled Contract & Information Officer to join our team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).

The Contract & Information Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts and the accurate coordination of project information and data analysis, assisting to drive the success of our projects from inception to completion. This role will be the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective contract management.
Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Administer and oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and industry standards.
* Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project deadlines.
* Monitor and ensure contract compliance, including legal and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date contract documentation. Organize data into structured formats such as spreadsheets, databases, or data visualization tools.
* Collect relevant data from internal (e.g. sales reports, project management tools, inventory databases) and external (e.g. economic research reports, industry benchmarks) sources.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients and contractors, addressing contract changes and resolving issues promptly.
* Generate regular reports summarizing key findings and create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data insights.
* Coordinate project information and ensure seamless communication between internal teams, contractors, and clients.
* Use statistical and mathematical tools to analyse various company data, including sales trends, project performance metrics and inventory turnover rates, to identify trends, patters and KPIs.
* Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.
* Track project budgets and monitor financial alignment with contract terms.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on contract status, project progress, and financial performance.
* Identify opportunities for optimizing contract engagement processes and project outcomes.
* Provide comprehensive advice to senior management on the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of new policies to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
* At least a Diploma in Project Management or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in contract management, project coordination, or similar roles within the construction or related industries.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teas and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety requirements is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in contract management software and project management tools.
Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
