Job Category: Banking and Financial Services, Insurance & SuperannuationJob DescriptionYour new roleAs the dedicated Training Knowledge Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely technical support to our staff, while contributing to their ongoing technical development through coaching and training initiatives.You will be responsible for developing, scheduling and evaluating a range of formal technical training programs using contemporary methods. By working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will aim to understand and apply complex legislation and adjust training materials accordingly. Collaborating with the team and communicating clearly will help you in delivering complex training material in individual or group settings, fostering an inspiring learning environment.To be successful in the role, you will regularly review training material and technical content to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
