About the Role:
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant at our Townsville Store.
As a Local Community Consultant, you play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community. You are encouraged to show individual accountability and responsibility for supporting customers end-to-end with outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Support local customers in the communication channels of their choice (in store, on the phone, in community, or messaging).
Deliver tailored, personalised experiences to make a real difference to the health of our customers and community.
Adapt easily to new challenges and pivot quickly to ensure that customers are always front of mind.
About you:
You are a multitasking superstar with the ability to apply your knowledge across various channels.
You thrive on providing great service to the local community.
Being self-motivated and results-focused are part of your personal ‘DNA’.
You possess strong diligence in providing the right products and services to customers.
