Founded in 1980, our client’s clinic is a highly respected specialist practice focusing on periodontics and implants. They feature five state-of-the-art treatment rooms, advanced technology, and a committed team, supporting their expanding team of two Periodontists and four Hygienists. The practice provides a calm and friendly atmosphere for both patients and staff, focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Duties
1. Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
2. Uphold the clinic’s high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and care.
3. Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practices.
5. Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases.
6. Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafts, crown lengthening, and dental implants.
7. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
8. Resolve gum issues.
9. Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Roles open to both Australian and/or New Zealand trained Dentists, as well as Dentists qualified and trained in the United Kingdom (subject to visas and clearances).
* Must be eligible for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
* Strong experience in general dentistry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to high standards of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills.
* Experienced dentist or new graduates.
* Growth mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
