This part-time role (ideally 3 days a week) will include implementing policies, managing employment relations, aiding in succession planning, assisting where necessary with recruitment, etc.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely HR advice and support to VIC managers and employees.Implement HR policies and procedures as directed by the GM, HR, covering areas such as recruitment, onboarding, development, remuneration, and workplace health and safety (WHS).Coach and guide managers through changes, identifying when formal change management is necessary.Deliver administrative support services, including record management, HR correspondence, and project documentation.Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with administrative processes.Act as a trusted advisor on company policies, providing clear guidance on their application in VIC.Offer performance management support to mitigate risks effectively.Support the General Manager of Human Resources with HRIS system implementation and provide necessary training.Ensure compliance with relevant occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements.Contribute to communication strategies for managing OHS risks.Skills and Experience:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields, or equivalent HR experience.Ability to analyse complex HR issues and provide strategically aligned solutions.High level of integrity, responsibility, and respect.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.Strong facilitation, organizational, and time management skills.Proven accountability and responsibility in representing the employer.Why Join Us?Desired Skills and ExperienceWork in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Competitive salary and benefits package.
