As a Solution Architect, you'll have the exciting opportunity to define and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that align with our business and IT strategies. Your role will be crucial in shaping our projects while adhering to best practices and industry standards. In this position, you will work closely with the proposed 8-10 squads to enable end to end architecture and ensure alignment to our wider data ecosystem.
What you'll do
4. Define current, transition, and target state solution architectures in line with domain and group architecture
5. Design for reuse and deployment across the group, leveraging existingponents and infrastructure
6. Ensure implementable solutions within business risk parameters, with a focus on performance, scalability, and securitypliance
7. Prepare solution designs and solutions options to support delivery
8. Actively monitor projectpliance with architecture and champion solution designs when necessary
9. Review system designs to ensure they adhere to applicable strategies and/or solution architecture, while still considering business pragmatism and cost
10. Provide overall technical leadership to agile teams in terms of the end-to-end solution, ensuring all facets of the designs and technologies are integrated to deliver an architecturallypliant implementation
What you'll bring
11. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines, or equivalent experience
12. Architectural certification (, TOGAF or other) desired
13. Minimum 5 years of IT experience
14. Minimum 3 years of IT Architecture or Design experience
15. Experience with Databricks, and Machine Learning
16. Familiarity with ArchiMate desired
17. Experience with Agile & Lean methodologies desired
18. Insurance services experience desired
