Your Mission:The Commercial Account Executive at UiPath will be fully responsible for developing a regionally organized set of customers. This includes new as well as existing clients.Operating on all levels is required, including C-Suite decision makers. The team is built with committed, entrepreneurial and high-energy software sales executives. They work every day with innovators and business leaders, through to heads of process improvement and of course automation, to deliver business and individual value at client organizations.

Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule.
Build UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling UiPath solutions. Become the UiPath "face to the market" for the respective territory.
Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and other supporting functions to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
This is what you'll bring to the teamHigh level of energy, enthusiasm and entrepreneurship. 5+ years of experience in sales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence internally and externally.
Ability to work self-sufficiently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high energy, motivated self-starter.
Data-oriented approach to territory planning, as well as personal performance.
