THE ROLE The Responsive Maintenance Team is responsible for leading and overseeing the design and delivery of responsive maintenance services for Homes Victoria's housing portfolio. The Project Officer is responsible for performance reporting, active contractor management, issue and complaint investigation, stakeholder engagement, contract preparation and tender development. In addition, this role will support the broader Responsive Maintenance team in both process and administration activities. The Project Officer, is responsible for maintaining and upgrading the Schedule of Rates contract documentation and databases, liaising with senior management, internal and external stakeholders, operational staff and external service providers. The Project Officer will also play a critical role in contributing to new models for the delivery of services to enhance renter experience and satisfaction, that improves the condition of public housing, delivers efficiencies, and ensures value for money.
