Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced educator with an understanding of all string instruments, specialising in early music education, particularly for students from years 2-4.
The ideal candidate will inspire young musicians and foster a lifelong love of music while working collaboratively with our committed music team.
Key Responsibilities: Teach and inspire students within the string program from year 2-4.
Collaborate with fellow music educators and contribute to ensemble work, including after-hours commitments for performances and events.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of our diverse and high-quality music program.
Support student growth through individual instruction, group lessons, ensemble participation, and performance opportunities.
Ideal Candidate: Qualifications: A degree in music or music education VIT registration Experience: Previous teaching experience on string instruments, specialising on cello.
Skills & Qualities: A strong passion for teaching young learners, excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
