Position Title: Visitor Services Officer Applications Close: Friday, November 29, 2024 - 5:00 pm The Visitor Services Officer will welcome visitors with a positive experience, whilst providing knowledge of Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village Precinct and wider Warrnambool region including its history and features. The successful applicant will have: Knowledge and experience in public services – tourism, hospitality or interpretative areas. Knowledge of tourism products and services - specifically history, geography, features and attractions. High level of communication skills and customer service. Skills and knowledge in the areas of promotion, sales and public speaking. This position is predominately weekend work due to the nature of the role. The Benefits This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $40.90 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading).
