Description Senior Manager/Manager – Content Reviewer Location: Sydney Full-Time Permanent role Hybrid working model (2 days in office) How will I help? As a Senior Manager/Manager responsible for delivering marketing content approvals by proactively collaborating and offering subject matter expertise to the Chief Brand & Marketing Office (CBMO) business. Key Accountabilities: Deliver marketing content approvals in relation to the marketing of financial products, through collaborating and providing Subject Matter Expertise to CBMO Deliver commercial, value-add and insightful advice to improve risk management practices across CBMO Support the design, implementation and embedment of processes and controls relating to the marketing of financial product Support risk capability building and share lessons learned, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in relation to the marketing of financial products Proactively identify opportunities to streamline our risk processes and controls, while maintaining the strength of our risk framework. Support the CBMO team with capturing and remediating any content related issues & incidents. What’s in it for me? What do I need? 5 years compliance or risk management experience, primarily in financial services Knowledge and experience in risk, the regulatory landscape and operational risk and compliance frameworks Knowledge and experience in relation to the regulatory environment around advertising and marketing activities Experience supporting, implementing and embedding Controls and supporting risk management and process simplification activities Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail What is it like to work there?
