We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Manager to join the team and manage the inventory and purchasing functions for the hospital. The role will be accountable for all aspects relating to the processing of orders, timely receipting, dispatching and any other procurement related tasks. Inventory turnover and stock management strategies will be critical to the efficient operation of the department.
Essential Criteria
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary as this role is pivotal to the successful operation of the business. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in the below:
Demonstrated leadership and management skills (including HR management) Experience using an ERP, D365 or similar Competent keyboard skills and MS office including intermediate Excel experience Ability to analyse and explain supply data Effective time management skills Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills Ability to physically handle medical and non-medical supplies Experience managing a central store and live warehouse Experience managing min/max inventory parameters Desirable Criteria
Minimum 2-4 years experience in a similar role Healthcare experience Dynamics 365 experience Personal Attributes
