Hours per fortnight: 80 hours (includes ADO every 4 weeks)

The Position
The Change Manager reports to the Director and works directly with the Patient Administration System (PAS) Project and electronic Patient Record team. The position will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Change Management Plan. You will be encouraged to think innovatively and develop and maintain best practice. You will be able to demonstrate very strong analysis skills, and computer competency. Your outstanding communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills, coupled with your ability to create solutions with a focus on continuous improvement, will see you succeed in this role.
This position is well suited to an individual who is an experienced change and communication leader in digital transformation. Designing, delivering, monitoring and evaluating change management practices in large organisations, with a proven ability to communicate and lead change with stakeholders.

Your new division
The Innovation and Digital Services Division is charged with delivering technology solutions that deliver on our vision. As well as responsibility for the mainstream ICT services and support the division encompasses Research and Development, Innovation, ePR project, Project Management Office, Clinical Analytics and associated resources including the Chief Clinical Information Officers.
