We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Porter and work across our two properties, The Ville Resort-Casino and Ardo.
The Role As a Porter you play an integral part of each guest's experience, ensuring every guest has an authentic and personal experience, creating a pleasant and memorable visit.
Your responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage and valet parking, responding to guest queries in relation to restaurants, hotel room types, promotions, and events.
About You Hold a current Class C Drivers' licence with the ability to drive manual transmission Experience in a customer focused role, with the willingness to exceed guests expectations Exceptional communication skills, with an immaculate presentation Physical ability to lift and carry luggage and perform tasks requiring moderate physical effort.
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to handle guests luggage in an efficient and secure manner Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud would be advantageous Ability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays Why join us Work across our two properties, The Ville Resort-Casino, the region's premier destination for dining, events and entertainment as well the region's newest luxury hotel; Ardo.
Permanent Part-time position, minimum 20 hours per week.
