Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Australian market to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
* Provide targeted market analysis and recommendations based on market trends and competitive intelligence.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with major clients in the Australian market to ensure smooth business collaboration.
* Apply entrepreneurial thinking to oversee overall business expansion and operational management of business in Australia.
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
* In charge of Australian sales team set-up and business development.
* Support the general manager of Australia to set-up and execute the sales strategy, communication & negotiation with the Australian government.
* Handle other Australian business-related matters.
Qualifications:
* Excellent marketing background with a proven track record of successfully driving brand and sales growth.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to formulate strategies and execute effectively to achieve business objectives.
* High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to establish positive working relationships and foster teamwork.
* In-depth understanding of the Australian market, familiarity with local culture, and business environment.
* Over 10 years of sales experience in the Solar industry, with strong customer relationships and network.
* Track record of sales experience in the Australian market is a plus.
