Our client is an Australian Not-For-Profit with a focus on providing community services across NSW and the ACT. This is an integral hire for the business, where you will become a trusted partner and advisor to senior leaders, providing coaching, strategies and insights to enable their teams to flourish. This opportunity involves leading the development and achievement of functional strategies, evaluating business challenges and developing thorough solutions. In this dynamic environment, you will be a key member of the People and Culture team, reporting into the HR Business Partnering Lead and working cross-functionally to support all senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Maintain up to date HR records and profiles. Analyse data to provide key research and insights. Conduct studies when required to provide organisational information and provide recommendations and implementation plans to address challenges and strategies. Foster excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and direction on HR issues and plans including change management, performance management, retention and engagement, grievances and recruitment. Identify opportunities to improve and transform the general HR function including policies, systems and frameworks and work with the wider HR team to align resources. Take ownership of responsibilities and strive to achieve business objectives and goals, being the trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders in the business. Requirements: 10 years minimum of experience in human resources, ideally with a background in a Not-For-Profit environment. A Bachelor's degree, with an additional HR qualification desirable. Proven experience of coaching and influencing senior stakeholders, navigating a complex organisation and providing innovative ideas to problems. Excellent understanding of employment laws, workplace best practices, regulatory compliance and governance. Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
