Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team in Blacktown to cover the New South Wales Region.
Your Key Mission:
As the Regional Manager, you hold accountability for the regional service business. Your responsibilities include overseeing Planners, Administrators, and Technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. You will maintain effective communication between the service and sales teams, visit customers and partners to foster long-lasting relationships, and uphold the highest workplace safety standards.
To succeed, you will need:
* Previous front-line management experience with a sizable customer base
* Technical background or strong technical mindset
* Demonstrated people management and leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Collaborative team player committed to fostering positive cultural changes within teams
* Comprehensive understanding of financial aspects in service business
* Prior experience in managing industrial service or related businesses
* Commitment to delivering targeted results across revenue and profitability, including warranty and service variations
* Desirable: Experience in multinational or similar environments, exposure to managing service business metrics like Utilization, WIP, and Backlog
* Ability for regular regional travel to engage with geographically dispersed teams and customer sites
