About the role
Our Operational Efficiency Lead is responsible for providing business analysis, facilitation, business improvement, project management, and change enablement services with a focus on process mapping, in support of Water and Sewer business objectives. This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Degree qualifications in Business Analytics, Business/Commerce, or Project Management, or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience combined with ongoing professional development.
* Current Class C NSW Driver’s Licence
* Demonstrated experience in business readiness and change enablement for large-scale business improvement initiatives
* Relevant experience undertaking business analysis, identifying opportunities, and formulating recommendations to improve business processes and efficient outcomes
Other important information
* The salary range for this position is between $99.7K - $119.6K plus 11.5% superannuation
* This is a Permanent full-time role.
* This role will be able to access a 9-day fortnight
* We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days work from home and 3 days on-site.
* This role is located at NEXUS Building, North Wyong.
