We genuinely care about our team's satisfaction and engagement.The Role We are looking for an experienced retail design and visual merchandising specialist to grow and enhance the dealer retail capability and visual merchandising and improve customer experience, driving increased sales. This role will be required to travel interstate regularly (fortnightly or monthly as required).Key Responsibilities include; Complete retail development project management within a designated Region including designing internal store fit outs and displays, visual merchandising designs, and managing external signage designs, for both new Dealers and existing Dealer upgrades, as well as site visits with New Dealer Business Development managers and Sales Account Managers where requiredTo create range & layout plans to maximize product display and category efficiencies within STIHL retailer showrooms for the STIHL range of products. Advise and recommend range and mix of product that is in line with the category strategy and customer profile to maximize revenues, stock productivity and profitability. Responsible for the treatment, performance and visual appearance, through defined product categories and associated materials for the STIHL retail in store appearance.To develop and implement new merchandise strategy and product range including locally sourced items To aid with the external store Imaging program working with the wider Retail Development team, suppliers, field sales team to achieve a high standard of store presentationEssential Experience Tertiary or Diploma qualification in Marketing, Business, Visual Merchandising, Design, Retail or similar. Minimum 5 years in a similar role, in a multiple outlet retail or franchise retail channel environment. Strong Project Management experienceAbility to effectively communicate with key stakeholders internal and external. Strong written and verbal comprehension and communication skills.Strong Organisational abilities, including time management and prioritizing.
