About the role
Taco Love Bros' is seeking a talented and experienced (not necessary but would help) Line cook, All rounder to join our passionate team in Lismore, NSW. 2480
This is a part-time position that will see you play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our vibrant Mexican-inspired restaurant.
What you'll be doing Preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Mexican dishes to the highest standardsEnsuring all food preparation and cooking adheres to food safety and hygiene regulationsAssisting with plating and presentation of dishesWorking collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customersMaintaining a clean and organised work environmentFollowing recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistencyWhat we're looking for Relevant experience as a line cook or all-round chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment (not necessary if you are keen and willing to learn)Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishesExcellent time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a busy kitchenAbility to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work cultureProven commitment to food safety and hygiene standardsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer
