SDN Children’s Service has a purpose to promote and enhance children’s wellbeing, learning and developing in inclusive environments.
Originally known as the Sydney Day Nursery Association, SDN’s first centre was opened in 1905. The Association was formed by a group of women from Sydney’s inner-Suburbs who recognised the dire need among working mothers, who found themselves the sole breadwinners for their family, for safe and reliable child care. Today we operate over 25 centres across NSW and ACT. In addition to Child Care, our Children's Therapies team provides therapy for children and young people aged 0 - 16 years with autism and development challenges.
About the Role:
We have recently implemented the full suite of DayForce HRIS. There has been some great work already completed launching some of the modules, e.g., Recruitment and Rostering/Scheduling. We now need your help launching and leading the integration of the remaining modules.
Reporting to our Chief People Officer, the primary focus of this position is to implement the remaining modules. Specifically, this will include:
* Working with key stakeholders on the implementation of modules to ensure a smooth implementation and end-user engagement.
* Managing the people systems inbox and responding to queries.
* Integrating modules with existing internal systems.
* Writing “how-to” guides for end users, developing and delivering face-to-face and online training sessions.
* Identifying changes to existing policies and procedures to align with DayForce HRIS.
The opportunity is available as a 12-month maximum term contract, working full-time (Monday to Friday) from our Glebe office next door to the Broadway Shopping Centre.
What you will bring to our team:
As a customer and continuous improvement focused professional, we value your previous experience in HRIS implementation. You will possess:
* Demonstrated sound experience with HRIS Systems including DayForce.
* Experience integrating HRIS with rostering, L&D, and recruitment systems.
* Experience in leading change initiatives.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and a drive to get things done.
