We think a pretty good job starts here……… About the role: As a Learning and Development Coordinator within Customer Service at Unitywater, you’ll be at the heart of our teams success. You’ll create dynamic training frameworks and coordinate seamless administrative processes to ensure our learning programs are effective and run smoothly. About you: To contribute to Unitywater’s values of Reliability, Safety, Honesty & Integrity, Efficiency, One Team, and Innovation, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role: Certificate II in Business Administrator or related field. 3 + years (ideally) in Learning and Development. Strong administration skills, including report preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in LMS and data analysis. Composed and positive in challenging situations.
