Yindjibarndi Nation Ltd (YNL) was established in late 2022 by the native title representative bodies to develop project delivery capacity for the community. The role
This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Ganalili office, managing front reception and driving continuous improvement in the office systems and processes.
As an integral part of broader team you will be providing diverse administrative support to the COO and broader YNL, YAC and YNAC team.
Located residentially in our historic Roebourne Ganalili Centre, this is a rare opportunity to step into a role where your skills will not only support the YNL’s strategic focus but also set the standard for administrative excellence across YNL’s community engagement and project delivery portfolio. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth front desk and administrative support functions.
* Support cultural events and initiatives that uplift Yindjibarndi community.
* Coordinate internal meetings, events, and corporate functions.
* Manage office procurement and supplier relationships.
* Work with external IT providers to maintain and manage ICT equipment and services.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Promote workplace health and safety and maintain a positive, inclusive office culture.
About you
We are looking for a proactive team member with:
* Demonstrated experience in office administration and management.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative systems.
* The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and problem-solve effectively.
* A commitment to working in a culturally safe and inclusive manner with diverse communities.
