About the role
Temporary Part time opportunity to support the Metro North Mental Health (MNMH) services associated with The Prince Charles Hospital to increase their engagement with and participation in research activities through clinician-researcher leadership.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
1. Attend and lead education sessions with a focus on critical appraisal of the scientific literature and evidence-based medicine.
2. Provide supervision/teaching to registrars, junior medical staff, medical students, and the other professional staff engaging in research, evaluation, and quality improvement activities.
3. Attend monthly departmental meetings with the locality Clinical
4. Report regularly on performance measures as required by the Executive Director,
5. Support quality improvement
