About your new Role In this role within VGA you will report to our CUPRA Head of Network and be based in our Zetland Head office.
The Network Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the achievement of the objectives of the Department and VGA.Note that this position is a 6 month fixed term contract based in our head office in Zetland.
Your main responsibilities will include: Assist with the coordination of and participate in periodic reviews of the CUPRA Dealer network Coordinate new Dealership builds and renovation projects Provide advice and guidance to the Dealer network regarding CI compliance as and when requested Assist the Commercial team to ensure excellence in Customer Satisfaction Co-develop and maintain the Digital retail strategy for the CUPRA Australia Dealer Network Participate in Dealer Quality standard audits and reviews as required About you To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following: Bachelor degree in Business Administration and/or 1 year in a franchise / business development role Project Management experience desirable Experience within the automotive industry preferred but not essential Experience with suppliers, contracts and systems Strong communication, conflict resolution and presentation skills Strategic mindset with strong ability to formulate sound business cases Experience with corporate governance protocols Our Benefits, Rewards and Recognition include: A culture of continuous learning, growth and development.
