About The Role:
Are you a commercially driven, strategic and innovative digital marketing leader ready to make a meaningful impact? Join Endeavour Foundation as our Digital Marketing Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic team in developing and executing digital strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple platforms. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
* Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven strategies.
* Lead and mentor a team of seven, including three direct reports, to develop, execute and optimise cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
* Oversee paid media, SEO, UX/UI, website development and optimisation, marketing automation, email marketing and martech solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with business goals.
* Optimise digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations through reporting and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that elevate the organisation's digital presence, enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
* Apply continuous optimisation practices and analyse and report on digital marketing performance to inform future marketing strategies and improve commercial outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement digital and data solutions.
* Foster a culture of motivation, engagement, and collaboration within the team, ensuring that each team member is empowered to excel in their role. You will proactively coach and mentor team members and peers, building their skills and capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
* Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure the optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI and ROAS.
* Provide leadership in digital transformation, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
* Develop and maintain digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors and ensure optimum deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in senior digital marketing roles, leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
* Experience in digital transformation and project management.
* Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
* Proficient in digital metrics, performance tracking, and campaign optimisation.
* Expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, Google and Meta ads, and performance marketing.
* Proficient in using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, and Sitecore.
* Salesforce certifications is desirable.
* Be an excellent stakeholder manager and possess strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and inspire high-performing teams.
