Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications & Employee Experience ANZ your key responsibilities will include:
Design, produce and create engaging employee focused content that is consistent with our employer branding to facilitate employee engagement.Proactively plan content with the Internal Communications team, Employee Experience team and wider People & Culture teams.Interpret and simplify complex information to build content to suit our broad audience of employees.Deliver a clean and consistent employer brand identity with guidelines for Milwaukee and TTI ANZ.Work with internal production team to develop and share Milwaukee branded assets.Utilise Employee insights in a process of continuous optimisation to better employee experience and communications.About You Minimum 2 years working in a Design/Digital Agency or in a similar role with an organisation.High level of experience in the full Adobe suite: (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/XD/After Effects)Ability to establish and execute a consistent visual design and maintain brand integrity throughout.Ability to manage expectations and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.Ability to be a team player, as well as work autonomously.Additionally, this role may suit a recent graduate or an internal applicant who wishes to take on a 12-month secondment.
