This involves directly contacting, visiting and following up leads with prospective employers and participating in targeted marketing activities with business networks, school and Registered Training Organisations (RTO) including TAFE in consultation with Director of Academics and the Deputy Principal Teaching and Learning.Coordinate with learning providers, organisations and students on placement requirements, duties and insurance coverage.Provide and collate information for VET Coordinators / Teachers and host employers.Prepare students to ensure they are work ready and can maximise their work placement opportunity. Provide student-facing guidance to students around a range of student administration issues related but not limited to workplace learning.Conduct visits to students on placements and monitor their progress.Experience in preparing, processing and managing student documentation and information according to correct processes and procedures for work placements.Deliver tactical and administrative support relating to workplace learning and other administrative tasks as required.Qualifications RequiredCurrent Working with Children Check.Cleared Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check obtained through the Department of Education only.Catholic Education Western Australia encourages applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with a disability, people of all ages and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
