About the Role
Reporting to interstate management, you'll manage a well organised, medium sized portfolio based in the western suburbs. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top-tier service. You are essentially the face of the business.
The Duties
* Listing & advertisement of properties
* Open inspections & private viewings
* Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
* Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
* Routines/Ingoings/Outgoings
* Repairs and maintenance
* SACAT hearings when required
* Rental arrears management
Skills & Experience
* Property Management Registration
* Experience in Property Tree
* Initiative and a passion for the industry
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
* High level of care factor and customer service
* Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
