Seeking a Business Analyst Our SaaS client is a leading supplier of technology solutions for the transport industry. They are expanding their key product. We are looking at the following outcomes: Onboarding additional companies onto the platform Expanding into the New Zealand market Introducing a new service to the platform Role specifics: Melbourne, Victoria 3 Month Contingent – with the aim to extend for additional 12 months Hybrid Work Arrangements 3 days in office days What you’ll need to be successful 8 years work experience, a tertiary degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field is essential Experience in leading requirements scoping, workshops, planning, impact assessment, analysis and documentation of business processes, requirements prioritization and benefits identification in agile projects or squads Ability to manage difficult stakeholders, working at pace and independently. Excel in clear and adaptable communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels, while building trust and managing expectations. Document and communicate change requests (CR) for project/service changes in accordance with current agreed project/service scope deliverables Highly proficient in agile methodologies, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and projects. Facilitate requirements elicitation and grooming, to meet business, technology and digital needs like UX/UI, usability, customer journey and experience Produce quality detailed business requirements, epics, user stories, prototypes/wireframes that are implemented and tested by technical teams Identify and document risks, constraints, assumptions, dependencies, and integration requirements for technical, data or process driven projects/initiative Undertake analysis, design, modelling and documentation of business processes and procedures for (as-is) current state and defining (to-be) future state Experience using Jira, Confluence, Office 365, system integrations (APIs), and Software as a service (SaaS) platform is essential. Experience in Telephony technology (Genesys Cloud) and cloud computing solutions such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and would be high regarded. Experience in documentation processing tools such as Lucid Chart and/or Miro is preferred. Exposure to OEM (Automotive) Industries is preferred but not necessary.
