About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Learning Specialist to play a key role in the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record in South-West Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training materials in various formats to support the adoption of TrakCare Edition across 11 Health Services in the SWARH jurisdiction.
* Support the Change & Learning Manager in managing and monitoring the TrakCare learning program to ensure successful implementation of the upgrade and extension of SWARH's core Electronic Health Record application.
* Work closely with project teams to develop a clear training strategy and plan to align health services and prepare them for the implementation of new system functionalities.
