The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to continuously improve their technical skills. Prior experience in retail commerce operations is preferred.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our SaaS products.
3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM.
4. Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
5. Continuously expand and improve knowledge of our products and services.

1. Proven experience in a Call Centre or Customer Support role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
