Teams are based in both inpatient and community sites offering collaborative care to clients experiencing mental health difficulties within our area.
Narre Warren EPARCS is a 10 bed subacute community-based residential recovery program that is operated in partnership with Wellways.
Consumers can stay at EPARCS for up to 6 months.
This is a great opportunity to join the team in an ongoing role working in a dynamic community-based setting.
Nursing staff work from 0830-1700, 7 days a week, and the team provides a comprehensive multi-disciplinary recovery program on an individual and group basis, which incorporates comprehensive assessment and delivery of evidence-based treatment and onward referral for people who are experiencing mental health issue across and psychosocial disability across the 25-64 age range.
Interventions are tailored to individual consumer and family needs as well as circumstances.

The position is open to a Registered Nurse with mental health qualifications, RPN3, with a working history in Mental Health and recovery-oriented practice.
Drawing on your knowledge of mental health legislation, you will undertake mental state and risk assessments, physical health assessment and co-ordinate referrals, admissions and discharges.
This role is part-time fixed-term as a maternity leave cover until April 2026 About You You enjoy working independently and in a multi-disciplinary team within your approved scope of practice so as to provide safe, evidence-based assessment, outcome measures and therapeutic care.
You are timely in managing your work and with an eye for detail you know the importance of information/data being correct – be it written or verbal.
