About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full-time position involves ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition through quality workmanship.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
* Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
* Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online.
* Process vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
* Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
* Manage suppliers to record additional work and authorise it in a timely manner.
* Assist with production management of the centre when required.
* Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Hand over completed repairs to customers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
* Desirable experience with AudaNet.
* Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers.
* Highly professional and personable attitude.
* Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines and problem-solve with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
* Strong commitment to working safely.
