Perform thorough post-installation tests, including inverter setup and electrical checks, to verify optimal system functionality, document results, and ensure quality compliance. Provide clients with detailed system training and maintenance guidelines, covering operational needs, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting tips for a smooth handover experience. Lead and motivate installation teams, mentor junior staff, and enforce stringent safety protocols on-site to maintain high standards and minimize risk. Ensure all installations comply with relevant regulations and sustainability practices, staying current on industry advancements to deliver innovative and environmentally responsible solutions.
