Building Facility Coordinator - 3 Month Contract $45-$50p/h Super 3 Month Contract Rouse Hill/Elizabeth Farm We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual with experience in facilities maintenance and operations within a regulated environment. You have a strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards and are adept at handling a variety of maintenance tasks, inspections and repairs. You are highly organized, able to work independently and collaboratively and are committed to ensuring the efficient and safe operation of government facilities. In this role you will: Perform general maintenance and repairs across buildings and facilities Ensure security and fire panels are functioning daily Address urgent repair issues quickly and safely Inspect and maintain bathrooms, water systems, stormwater drains and septic tanks Oversee property presentation and cleanliness standards.
