Due to staff leave and organisational growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.
About the role:
Reporting to the People & Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely Human Resources (HR) advice and support to staff.
* Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding processes for the workforce in a timely manner.
* Work closely with hiring managers to draft and deliver position descriptions.
* Update and manage the training and induction process, to ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees.
* Provide advice and support in relation to performance related matters, conduct thorough IR / ER investigations, and case management activities.
* Additional compliance, administration, and project related tasks as required by employees and managers.

What you’ll need to succeed:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar or demonstrated success working in a similar role.
* Sound working knowledge of employment law and relevant Awards.
* Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes that are in line with internal policies and legislative guidelines.
* Sound written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
* Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Successful candidate will need to undergo pre-employment checks inclusive of National Criminal History Check and Blue Card.
