Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team in Buderim, Australia. This role involves working closely with local ENTs to provide specialist diagnostic, paediatric, and adult audiological assessments.
* Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and the Company's clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
* Help clients with their hearing problems by providing professional recommendations about the most suitable rehabilitation options to address the client's difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities, and budget.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
You will be responsible for meeting our clients' needs through providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
Key Responsibilities
Providing specialist diagnostic, paediatric, and adult audiological assessments
Offering counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in adult rehabilitation
* Experience with paediatric audiology and implantables highly regarded but not essential
* Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
* Full membership with an appropriate professional body and a Certificate of Clinical Practice (CCP)
