As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.Our Revesby site manufactures the market leading B&D doors range. Our maintenance team have made several positive changes to the site recently and will continue to help us operate at the top of our game.ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventative maintenance tasks and participate in site improvement projectsIdentify any plant equipment issues and troubleshoot, providing sustainable solutions and communicating with all stakeholdersIdentify and highlight problems or deviations from the desired process, and lead root cause analysis and problem-solvingResponding to breakdown situations to repair all plant equipment as requested by the relevant Manager/SupervisorMaintaining all registers, logs, and systems to track repairs, notifications, and work activitiesSkills & ExperienceRecognized Mechanical Trade QualificationAbility to work independently and make quick decisions during emergency situationsIdentify operational and equipment improvement opportunities through ongoing investigation and root cause analysis of faultStrong understanding of safety and environmental practices with a commitment to best practicesIn return you'll support a team of people who are passionate and proud of what they do.
