What to Expect:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and retaining existing business within the Strata team. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, provide high-quality customer service, and coordinate and develop a team of Client Executives, Service Executives, and Administrative staff.
Client Executive – Strata
Your Role: As a part of our collaborative team environment, you will take charge of managing and supporting a portfolio of accounts. This pivotal role entails:
* Manage long-term relationships with key clients, implementing renewal and broking strategies
* Investigate and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with account managers
* Assist in the design, development, and implementation of insurance programs for clients
* Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers
* Ensure timely completion of delegated activities and implement account retention strategies
* Proactively identify and meet client needs, providing excellent service and portfolio management
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and relevant legislation
What you need to have:
* Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications (essential)
* 2+ years of Strata insurance experience
* Strong knowledge of customer service standards and Marsh Insurance Products and Services
* Thorough understanding of relevant insurance lines and legislation
* Intermediate computer literacy skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
* Strong presentation skills and coaching abilities
